It’s a Huge sigh of relief for Telangana care-taker CM KCR. The High Court had struck down all the petitions filed against KCR for the sudden dissolution of Assembly. The High Court passed the verdict that KCR’s decision to dissolve the Assembly for early polls is justified and it can’t be considered as against the law. The High Court also said that CM and his cabinet will have special powers if a majority MLAs lend their support to the decision.
Earlier, Sashank Reddy filed a petition on KCR on behalf of ‘Young Voter’, an NGO organization. Along with him the Congress leaders D.K. Aruna, and Kommireddy Ramulu have filed petitions against KCR on the same issue.
